James and The Drifters, Before the Dawn

My good friends in the band James and the Drifters recently recorded a new album up at Otter Lake, in northern Indiana. I had the opportunity to go up there and help create this little album promo with them. I had a blast getting the chance to hang out with guys by the lake listening to their new songs! Sounds great!

Ugly Duckling Videos

My latest endeavors have been helping out the good folks over at Demo Duck with their new video offerings called “Ugly Ducklings”. Essentially and Ugly Duckling video is for clients how don’t necessarily want to shell out a lot of money but still want an online video. They get a jingle written for them, then I hop in and animate a super simple and silly video. The client then gets no revisions since it’s super low budget. It’s been a lot of fun! I made their sample video and then one for a website called Food Truck Freak. See below.

Design Bread has been super busy the past few months, hence the lack of blog posts. We have been making videos, designing touch screen applications, and Illustrating and designing! We have several videos that we will release soon in our portfolio section, but for the moment we wanted to share two quick images with you!

The first is a taco car we made. The client decided they wanted a cupcake on wheels instead. We loved the taco car and thought it needed to be shared though!

The second is a poster we did for a friend locally. He is raising money for a missions trip, so we decided to help him out with a poster for his benefit concert.

Incredibox is just fun! It’s a new take on beat makers and drum machines with various characters that have been animated to beat box the sounds. You can even unlock various features depending on the song you create! Check it out!
